I.How to order in internet or directly?
ANS：If you need OEM service,firstly,you can choose products or offer products information
(pictures,material, size,price,quantity,lead time),you’d better supply samples and we will calculate it¡¯s complexity
and then charge samples fee(more than 200RMB),samples fee will be refund after order sign.
II.I would like to know the producion capacity and the Minimum Order Quantity of your factory?
ANS:There is more than 100 staff in our factory now, and still in course of development.
The laptop bag each month is more than30,000 pcs.The price and the delivery date are base on the quantity of the order.
Laptop bags MOQ for each items and color is 500pcs,production time is about 20days-30days.
III.What’s the terms of payment about your company?
ANS:OEM order, you sould pay for 30% fee of total in advance, then the balance when you check the goods quality is OK,
then we deliver good after received balance.
IV.How dose your factory ensure the after-sales service?
ANS:OEM products after-sales service according to the two parties contract regulations.
